Vik Revisited

The Chef
I met Andy a highly talented chef a few years ago, I bumped into him only last week. This portrait dates back to 2007 were he was working in a brand new purpose designed kitchen. It was between shifts allowing me a bit of time to set my lights up without getting in anybody’s way!

I spent a very productive morning in Holme on Spalding Moor today, a lovely East Yorkshire village, a real village teeming with people. The picture shows David filling pork pies at A. Laverack & Sons, Butcher & Baker. Thanks for the complementary pie it was very tasty!.
