Global Warming, not in Hull

Here’s a couple of photographs of Alexandra Dock, Hull. The top image was taken in 1983 when the site was mothballed, the second image taken yesterday shows how the river defences have beed added to hold back the tide should it ever threaten to flood. Exhibiting maritime artist Stuart Taylor showed his large Tradewind’s Collection of paintings.
